The name "L" refers to the founders of L-Quadrat: the brothers Limberg. "Quadrat" (to the square of), should point out that vigorousness and strengths together don't merely add up, they exponentiate.

Matched with the company name, a straightforward and aesthetically pleasing logo was designed. The logotype "L-Quadrat Immobilien" is complemented with a square in corporate colour in a right angle to the "L".

Already the alignment ("L" with square in corporate colour), when verbalised leads to the company name: "L-Quadrat" ("L-squared").

The logo stands for reliance, expertise and firmness - values that we stand for!

The logotype emphasises L-Quadrats' consistency and credibility, in combination with conventional values: distinct but not dull, structured but not undynamic.

The corporate colour is seen by some people as lime green, by others as dark yellow. It stands for vitality, creativity and activity and should reflect the dynamic briskness, which you can experience at L-Quadrat. Something new paired with traditional values reflects our corporate philosophy.
