Using the links below (currently only available in German), you can find average realty prices in their respective categories, as well as a direct comparison to the prices of the previous year. On the datasheets, you can find current values in the column "PS 2010" and the values of the preceding year in the column "PS 2009".

This survey does not depict achievable prices based on single objects, it conveys the statistically calculated average prices reached in the past year. Higher and lower prices can certainly be achieved in practice for single objects, however extreme values were excluded from the survey in order to deliver a realistic overview of the market.

Throughout the past few years, the realty price comparison list has become essential for trustees, consultants and consumers.
